Therapeutic Approach

It is often hard to imagine that things can be different. They can. I have been a privileged partner to positive transformative change with individuals, families and couples facing a wide range of conflicts and issues. I am confident that your situation, as challenging as it may be, can anticipate a similar outcome.

I specialize in couples counseling and parenting consultations with an emphasis on adolescent and teen issues. I accept no individual as the problem. Instead, I use my clinical experience to help uncover what is truly happening in your everyday interactions. Together we discover why conflict happens in your relationship(s) and then arm you with new understandings, perspectives and strategies to address it when it does.
